    Hello Sebastian,

i'm using SimLab Composer to create animations which have to look commercial. It's quick to learn and the results are very good and the price is good too.
If you want to do motion studies, i cant 't compare it to Simwise. You can do "automatic" motion (gravity, springs, motors...)with a higher version (mechanical) of SimLab. I do not use this capability often...

What about a script in AD_ASM?

Hello Timo, i think Sebastian is not a real script fan ;-)
Apart from that, you can animate a lot with AlibreScript, if this what you want to animate, has a variable in the EE.
It is also possible to animate more than one value each step.
A sample is in this POST.
Edit: or in this POST a zipped video.
